The Loft is part of Daniel's Broiler Leschi, located at 200 Lake Washington Boulevard, Seattle, inside our historic boathouse overlooking Leschi Marina. Please note The Loft is located up two flights of stairs; unfortunately there is no elevator access to this space.

The Loft accommodates up to 14 guests for a private dinner, an intentionally intimate size for executive meetings, rehearsal dinners, and smaller celebrations.

You can. While The Loft itself seats up to 14, the entire waterfront restaurant is available for daytime events, seating 14 to 60 guests, or hosting up to 90 guests for a reception-style event. Our team can walk you through what that looks like depending on your date and guest count.

Yes, the food and beverage minimum is $1,700 Sunday through Thursday, and $2,000 on Friday and Saturday. During the Thanksgiving through New Year's holiday season, dinner minimums rise to $2,000 Sunday through Thursday and $2,200 Friday and Saturday, while the lunch minimum stays at $1,700.
