Prime 21 is a “bar in a bar” devoted to fine spirits from around the globe. With dark wood features set against an onyx backdrop, this room emits an air of sophistication and elegance.
This is Daniel’s Broiler’s take on a modern day speakeasy, with no password required. You won’t see beer or wine on the menu—though it is available along with small plates of appetizers from our bar kitchen—but you will find hand-selected local vodkas, gins, and tequilas. Join us in the Prime 21 Spirits Lounge for a break from the mundane, where you can sit back, relax, and sip.

12th Annual Bellevue Bourbon Bash
The Twelfth Annual Bellevue Bourbon Bash is one of a kind, with one of the largest collections of bourbon and rye whiskey on the West Coast. Over 100 bourbons will be on display and available for sampling with a small collection of Pappy Van Winkle. Local distillers and brand representatives will answer your questions and give the history of the bourbons. Along with your paid admission you will receive a commemorative tasting glass. A selection of heavy appetizers will be served. Begins at 5PM
