Rickhouse Whiskey Bar
Located within Daniel’s Broiler in the new Hyatt Regency Seattle, the Rickhouse Whiskey Bar is a “bar within a bar” featuring a wide selection of whiskeys and other fine spirits from around the globe. This comfortable, inviting space displaying over 36 whiskey barrels was named after a rickhouse, a storage house where bourbon barrels are stored, aged, and temperature regulated, crucial in bourbon aging.
