Rickhouse Whiskey Bar
Located within Daniel’s Broiler in the new Hyatt Regency Seattle, the Rickhouse Whiskey Bar is a “bar within a bar” featuring a wide selection of whiskeys and other fine spirits from around the globe. This comfortable, inviting space displaying over 36 whiskey barrels was named after a rickhouse, a storage house where bourbon barrels are stored, aged, and temperature regulated, crucial in bourbon aging.

14th Annual Bellevue Bourbon Bash
The Fourteenth Annual Bellevue Bourbon Bash is one of a kind, with one of the largest collections of bourbon and rye whiskey on the West Coast. A vast collection of bourbon will be on display and available for sampling along with an elevated offering of rare and selected bourbon. Local distillers and brand representatives will answer your questions and give the history of the bourbons. Along with your paid admission you will receive a commemorative tasting glass. A selection of heavy appetizers will be served. Begins at 5PM
